Making and sending your order:
All of our items are made to order and dispatched within 1-3 working days of receiving your image.
We send our items with Royal Mail. During busy periods (for example Christmas, Mother's Day etc.) their delivery times may be longer than usual. We would encourage you to place orders early during these periods and consider using Tracked services.
If you are unsure about dispatch and delivery times, or need your item in a hurry, please get in touch with us before ordering.
Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class are untracked services. If you require tracking information please select Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 delivery.
All of our pieces are made by hand, there may be slight variations in colour and finish from those pictured. Handmade items, by nature, have minor imperfections, we hope you agree that these add to the individual and unique nature of your piece.
Refunds and Returns:
Because all of our orders are one of a kind, made from your very cutest drawings, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If once you've ordered, your little person suddenly draws a masterpiece and you want to change the image (or product/colour etc.) used, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or using our Live Chat. We will help wherever possible but unfortunately once we have started production of your order we are unable to make changes.
We take care to ensure our products are made to the highest standards, however we know that mistakes can happen. If you are not totally satisfied with your product please contact us so that we can put it right for you.
