How much is shipping?
Royal Mail 1st Class postage is included free of charge on orders over £30.

For orders under £30 shipping options start from £2.50 for Royal Mail 2nd Class. Shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout depending on the weight of your items and your selected service.
How long will it take?
It takes us up to 5 working days to create your piece. Once we've dispatched your order delivery times will depend on the shipping service you select at checkout. Use the chat function if you need your item in a hurry and we can give you an estimate of the current dispatch times.
How do I get my drawing/writing to you?
There are 3 ways to get your drawings or writing to us. Use the upload form which you can find on the menu at the top of the page, send it via the chat box or email it to enquiries@scribbledsquirrel.com.

Will my drawing/writing work?
There is very little that we can't work with. Send us a photo of the drawing/writing using the chat function and we can discuss anything you're uncertain about.
Can I have more than one figure/person on an item?
Multiple figures on our larger items (keyrings, magnets, note holders etc.) typically work well. For smaller items such as charms or pin badges only single figures are suitable.
We scale drawings down to fit your piece, so be mindful that larger or very detailed drawings will lose some detail. If you are unsure please get in touch using the chat box and we can help advise on getting the best results from your drawing.
Can I have writing on both sides of a keyring?
We cannot personalise the reverse of items but please get in touch so we can suggest alternative ways of displaying the writing.
Do you ship internationally?
If you wish to ship an item outside of the UK please get in touch with us so that we can provide a cost for shipping to your location. You can get in touch using chat on the website, filling out our contact form, or by emailing enquiries@scribbledsquirrel.com.
What’s the best way to care for my item?
Our pieces can be cleaned in warm soapy water and left to air dry. Cleaning alcohol is also great for ensuring it dries without streaks. You can use a soft toothbrush or cotton bud to thoroughly clean any small nooks. Please remember to dry any metallic parts thoroughly after cleaning.
